According to the procedure in the article THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN. To count on this is nonsense. The best case would be Biden/Pence. If the GOP had this much courage, we would not be here. Perhaps the procedure they are outlining is not the actual procedure, because if it is, we are fucked.
