I am very concerned about the appearance of possible outcome-determinative fraud in Maricopa County. I am affected by this situation, which could disenfranchise me. To clarify this serious problem, the Arizona Senate Judiciary Committee has requested information from you. I expect immediate and expedited compliance with all their requests, so that we can have a full and thorough audit of all Dominion equipment and software.
If the Board of Supervisors does not fully comply, I will ask my Senators to intervene. I will ask them to exercise their Constitutional and statutory authority to object to the certification of any Democratic elector from Arizona.
