Witnesses dying, investigations being hindered or fought against, suspicious timing, evidence not matching the official explanation, etc. This one if laughably obvious. Police officers and investigators have special protections allowing them to try to entice criminals, they obviously exploit what should be a good time into a bad one, but why would honest citizens have such protections?
