If you post it on the internet then it is considered as crossing state lines. It is a federal crime to threaten violence across state lines. If you post it on the internet then it is considered as crossing state lines.
Even if you veil the threat or only hint at violence, the FBI does not give a fuck and will arrest a person if they feel the need to.
