I'd ask for a written copy of what they wrote you up. Then after reviewing it, I'd ask them to include a line about how after your incident the company decided I did make some excellent points about the inefficiency of the system such that they used my idea of allowing "no to all the questions" and increased the line to 2".
Keep back and forth with them in writing. Then eventually I'd accuse them of discriminating against me for not including my accomplishments in the write-up because I am a white male. If I were a woman or trans or POC they would have acknowledged my contribution to improving the covid-19 but they aren't being diverse and inclusive because I'm a white male.
I'd just keep up with the bullshit because I wouldn't give a shit about a company like this.
