This. Am doctor. Can confirm. To be fair, it's super hard to adopt a baby in the US. Maybe if it was easier to adopt it wouldn't be as big of an issue. I know a wealthy family with two professionals married that have another child- spent 5 years trying to adopt, still can't get a green light.
100% true. Doctor I work with is married to an opposite race spouse. Both very respected working professionals. While out walking their mixed baby in a stroller they’ve had 8 instances so far of black people spitting at them, calling his wife a race traitor, or yelling other obscenities. Just because he’s white. Sad but true.
