Corn can replace soy. So can other alternative forms of production like algae and insect protein. Or simply use more grass. Worked in food and I can tell you that soy is still cheap. If it gets expensive it'll just be used in less junk that's in our food supply and in more useful content. The market balances it out. But we're nowhere near a food crisis.
