What a lot of people don't seem to know about hospitals is that the nurses, cnas, and workers are always overwhelmed. Hospitals do this by design. It's how they keep profits so damn high. Keep the bare minimum staff required and then when you are massively overwhelmed hire call in nurses for 5 times the pay.
