Judges in civilian court can’t be trusted to bring judgement against traitors. It has to go to the military.
Lincoln was faced with the same during the war, drastic measures were required. Habeas Corpus will probably be suspended. Military tribunals are the only way. And the military is gathering evidence, like the servers in Frankfurt.

Trump is letting ALL scenarios play out before he gives the "go" order. It's the only way to help turn the tide of public opinion and convince as many "normies" as possible, before shit hits the fan. He will wait until the last possible second before crossing the Rubicon, not before, but not too late. He knows what's at stake.
Fully agree it has to be a military operation - the swamp is too deep and too many people have been compromised. The real questions are: how many bullets will fly in the process and how much in-fighting within the military? I'm very worried that not enough soldiers will follow Trump's orders. If that's the case, that's where our part will come into play and what the 2A was for. But that also poses many unanswered questions, too.
Regardless, holding the line. I believe the action will come on or before 1/6, when the electors meet to certify. The left isn't going to go down without swinging, either.
