We know Trump isn't the dictator that the left would like to portray him as. So what is to say that Trump HASN'T already crossed the Rubicon and just isn't fully exercising his full authority yet? I mean it makes perfect sense considering that his closest inner circle all GUARANTEE that he'll be inaugurated for a 2nd term with complete certainty. Perhaps he's just playing this game to let all of the deep state characters out themselves and hang themselves. It explains a LOT of stuff like how he's so calm about all of it as well. It also explains why the left keeps calling Trump a dictator, why they say he won't leave the White House and well, pretty much everything that has transpired for the last 2 years.
The EO says that the DNI needs to deliver a report within 45 days of AN election and then that POTUS must take action within 45 days of that report. So in theory it could be that there was a report delivered 2 or 3 days after the midterm election in private, and Trump then invoked martial law. THINK ABOUT IT! If he did it and then didn't go all totalitarian dictator-style on us he could then come out later and say "Look you've already been UNDER Martial Law and I haven't gone and opressed you."
It would also explain why the democrats are planning Biden's inauguration on the steps of the capital and not inside. They KNOW. They're trying to play this out like Biden is the rightful president, but he isn't. They know that. We know that. They know that we know that. For crying out loud, China knows it. They just want to instigate all of the violence that they can before they go down. And the best way to do this is to keep the American public in the dark about the phoney inauguration and present it as "real" under the cover of "muh covidz!"
Why would they keep their mouths shut about it happening though Because its simple if you announce that he basically has full martial law authority it pretty much renders people like Pelosi and Schumer impotent at that point. It also explains like HALF of the Q stuff and why Barr seemed to do nothing but Trump said he did a great job. Huh? Nobody that does nothing gets congratulated from Trump! Beyond that it explains why he brought in new Pentagon staff, brought back capital punishment and why Flynn says there is a 100% chance that Trump will have a 2nd term! I am under the belief that his first term is technically only HALF OVER! Sound off below, but don't freak out. Trump has the deep state by the nutsack, mark my words!

The civilian courts are still operating. No martial law currently.
If you can show me where they have to suspend operation then I'll cede that point but I do not believe that Martial Law explicitly forbids civilian courts from operation from my research.

The article you stated merely states that IF the courts are unable to administer just THEN there shall be Martial Law. It doesn't in any way prohibit martial law if the courts are still able to administer justice. I see where your disconnect is. You are under the assumption that [ martial law = no courts ] but the two are not equal. A square is a rectangle but a rectangle is not a square. I.e. no courts requires martial law, but Martial Law does not require there to be no courts.
The problem is that the constitution provides no definition of martial law, it is merely precedent. I don’t think there is martial law going on right now at all. I think if there was, the left would utilize it to show that Trump was the dictator they claim he is. Additionally, I think there would be some evidence to prove it. One of our enemies would have been taken out, such as the media that is pushing the division and propaganda.
Maybe. I am no expert, I'm just a dumb photographer, lol. I just have a very artistic right-brain way of looking at the world so I see the possibility as these are all very unprecedented times. Precedent does seem to guide a lot of Trump's decisions however, so I'll give you that. I just see there being SOME sort of trump card that Trump has up his sleeve that people like Flynn are acutely aware of. I've been digging for weeks to figure out what it could be and so far this is my best explanation. I've seen very very little to dissuade me from believing it is most likely the case so far and I've looked at literally thousands of articles, videos, hearings, etc. I am not privy to the information that the top brass like Flynn and Trump himself have however, so I am just making a calculated, educated guess. Biden’s inauguration plan is simply for optics. Nothing else. There will be no way to compare crowd size. This is key. The court of public opinion is the only one that matters.

Not necessarily. Trump plays 80-dimensional chess. He knew back in 2016 what was going on (check his tweets). This is a master move that basically grants him total control over the battlefield.
