idk...if all they have is just China putting out propaganda.....meh.

I mean that's bad, don't get me wrong...but there's far worse domestic stuff that's already uncovered and it's not overturning the election yet. I don't see how this report would make a difference in the election vs polling machines flipping votes, illegal votes, no poll watchers, courts obscuring review of the evidence, etc.
