read the rules or laws on the site. You can bid on homes if you plan to homestead. They give a 14 day protection period to bid . so homeowners have a chance to bid/buy before it hits market and before investment company's or wealthy investors.
NOT all are good buys and Florida does not allow homeowners to do their own construction....it helped i was in michigan I could do all my own permits and work without being licensed.
When I bought there where dozens of homes coming out of 2008. now almost none. But its a really nice area and not a good time to buy.
This is a builder's and sellers market not a time to buy yet imo.hold cash if possible its a few years out. BUT I ALLWAYS LOOK and hud takes 82 % of listed price 🤑
