An EO is a order by the President. Someone failing to fulfill part of the EO doesn't lock out the rest of the EO: you only incur the wrath of the President.

Correct. Remember DNI rode with POTUS to the Army Navy game last weekend. So who says the EO has not already been implemented on a verbal briefing. Recall, passports siezed already, assets frozen , numerous arrests for spying (universities), assets repatriated from overseas. And as pointed out elsewhere, it is POTUS' EO. It appears the the Republicans, Coccaine Mitch and now the intell chiefs have all outed themselves in treason and sedition. Just take notes and WATCH.

Myself couldn’t care less. Pretty sure it’s what Dan was hyping up again on Twitter yesterday I had to see 5000 screenshots of and how it’s was going to be life changing or bs instead of just say wtf is going on. Now it’s had every date and time circled in reference to what direction the Air Force one model on the table was pointed. The bullshitting has gone on long enough.

Insurrection act seemed more like a larp, at this point on Jan 6th will they contest in congress and then if it can go to court and all the dni report comes into play.

If none of the people in positions of power support him, how is he supposed to do that. They will go after him and his family immediately.

EO doesn't mention anything about a report until 90 days, total, out. Assessment != Report.
