The amount of resources they can bring forward and accomplish in a short amount of time is staggering. Just look at what FEMA can accomplish on short notice. These agencies have staggering amounts of assets and unlimited budgets to accomplish this. Trump knows what's in the report. Ratcliffe has every right to brief POTUS on foreign interference in our election without a report. It's a matter of nation security that the POTUS would be informed of foreign election interference.
