In my prior life, I've worked with (not for) one of these agencies and I can say this about them. The amount of resources they can bring forward and accomplish in a short amount of time is staggering. If they wanted, they could have every nugget of information wrapped up tight and debriefed with the DNI and POTUS tomorrow morning... IF THEY WANTED TO. Just look at what FEMA can accomplish on short notice. These agencies have staggering amounts of assets and unlimited budgets to accomplish this. They are playing Trump and the American people if this is all true.
