We have all heard about the "multiple paths to victory." I think there are only two actual strategies at this point. A third would involve the courts but that is a lost cause.
Strategy One is have the Senate and the House contest the certified votes and then vote in each house. In this case only a successful majority vote in each house of congress will overturn the certified vote. Pence has no discretion in this regard. As President of the Senate, his only duty is to read aloud the electoral college votes. THERE IS NO CHANCE OF WINNING IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES so I really wish people would stop entertaining this idea.
Strategy Two is to have the State Legislatures DECERTIFY their votes, thereby demanding the count of the alternate slate of electoral votes--Trump's electors. Considering the swing states at issue are all Republican run, mostly RINOs but still technically Republican, this is our best option. Really, it is the only option as explained above. And since there has been such great movement in the hearings and investigations, we have a chance.
Please stay positive and harass your local officials (with patriotic phone calls). Empower them to do their constitutional duty and decertify the vote. HoldTheLine and StopTheSteal!
Steven Crowders lawyer says he only needs a majority in one house of congress, presumably the senate, for the electors from a state to be disputed. And I'm pretty sure then Mike Pence decides which electors are legit or just tosses them. I would assume the plan is just toss states that had massive fraud so neither gets to 270 then it goes to the house where each state gets 1 vote and Trump has the advantage. I still think it will be tough to win a majority in the senate but its not impossible. Either way we need to keep the pressure up

There's this one too. Run out the clock on them like they have run out the clock on us. Pence becomes VP, no president is selected, so Pence becomes President. Wonder who he would pick as VP?
