  1. This report is generally classified. Why are they letting the public know about it?

  2. Why are they letting the news and press know about "career intelligence officials" and the specific choice of wording here?

  3. Nowhere in the EO13848 does Congress have anything to do with the report, nor are there "customers" mentioned besides the president and his cabinet.

Something is weird about this, in a good way, I think.

I was just eating dinner and catching up here and one thought occurred -- TPTB are well aware that Trump voters are reaching a boiling point and I'm sure that as they attempt to sort this out from the inside, they are also strategically trying to keep us (not me personally FBI, don't @me) from actually making the leap to coordinated physical violence. If our entire government were corrupt, DJT wouldn't even have made it through the first term to get to this point. I think there are a small amount of neutral or uncompromised influential leaders at the top who are behind things like slow drops to the public, etc.

I don't claim to know anymore than the next guy, but it's logical to assume there is way more going on behind the scenes that we aren't privy to.

I agree with you.

Trump is fucking with them.

Rest easy Democrats. The report is delayed.

I keep thinking about it and I just feel like it’s going to be the perfect moment then WHAM Biden is arrested. Could even be before he takes the oath. Literally. And I don’t put that past trump at all. Not at all. National television and about ready to place your hand on the Bible and WHAM! Goodbye.

Hasn't he already been charged in Ukraine? We could arrest and extradite him right now.

The customers reference is likely just an intern running their Twitter that's been programmed to think of everyone as "customers" it's one of the new buzzword patterns that drives me insane at the office.

Definitely buzz word of an intern fresh out of orientation. "Provide great service to your internal and external customers".

Yeah I don't know why anyone would think they are going to know what's going to happen with it until anything does happen. Hopefully something does sooner rather than later but pretending to be "in the know" because of some random social media bullshit is pretty silly to me.

Also the first 45 days was an ‘assessment’ which would then trigger another 45 days where a ‘report’ is produced. A lot of legal mumbo jumbo mixed in to really trigger lots of interpretations

All good questions.

I was thinking the same thing the DNI himself says China and Iran were involved in our election why would he need a report written by other ppl? Seems like a trap laid in national intelligence dept to see who is a part of the swamp.

DNI probably gave preliminary report last weekend at the football game.

There's no good reason that we or the press would get to know anything more than what we already do. There's boatloads of foreign interference....
