I've often wondered how deep our mental conditioning goes. The idea that it's inappropriate to talk about politics and religion, where did that idea come from?
Another one I've wondered about, is this tendency to "never tell the truth about how you feel until someone is dead." Like at a funeral, suddenly everyone is opening up about how much they really f'n loved the dead guy, but they never told him when he was alive. They keep it bottled up and hidden, like it's a secret.
Now, is that a natural human thing? Is it something that is just natural? Or are these things that have been purposely bred into us, likely through Hollywood brainwashing?
100%! We don’t realize we are being conditioned by everything. Now everyone is numb to the fact that politics is nothing more than “I’m on this team, you’re on that team” and that’s as far as a lot of people think they need to go. They have far less important things to throw fits over. I know people who will walk out of a room when people start talking about politics, but bitch and argue with people all the time over stupid things. It’s aggravating especially at a time like this. People unwilling to listen because they know absolutely nothing about what is going on, yet won’t hear your side. We have to get past that if we want to survive as a country
Yes, I have been kind of a buzzkill for like 10 years. All I ever want to talk about are politics, culture, society, economics, etc. All the rest of the conversations in my life I'm just tolerating them. Yet for so many others, it's the opposite. We'll get to talking about a real deep topic and it's flustering for them and they want nothing to do with it.
And people believe in these topics and points so strongly but you start bringing up statistics and they get uncomfortable and say can we just stop talking about this please?
Then know your subject matter and be able to defend it or don't bring it up at all.

At Bible study there were two women who voted for Biden. I won't get into it.
My pastor is Based but I think his wife is still Blue Pilled.
They KNOW I'm a Trump guy.
Tonight they mentioned masks and I just dropped, "Masks don't work". But my pastor's wife was like "But people in my industry are seeing them drop left and right"
I mention like the flu killing 80K people a year and no one closed churches. Abortion clinics remain open. Another girl pipes up and mentions there's a pandemic and yet people can go "protest" she was referring tot he Floyd Riots. BLMaggots.
I have to walk a fine line but I've stopped giving a fuck and I think a LOT of people agree.
To be honest this has really gotten me into reading the Bible to find things that warn against exactly what the leftists and democrats are doing.
The rule of "No Politics or Religion" was only ever for polite company, such as family holiday gatherings, visiting old ladies in the hospital, and children's birthday parties. It never applied to regular grown-up world. Heck, the very purpose of the local pub was for the people to discuss everything, and possibly punch each other afterward.
This much is true. Culture has become so PC we cannot even have discussions anymore about extremely important issues without resorting to anger or name calling or offending someone.
Issue I think is people dont have discussions, they have arguments. They go into a conversation with the goal of trying to get someone to change their mind or prove them wrong rather than trying to open their mind to different perspectives, this ultimately leads to fighting and issues so many people would much rather ignore the topic all together.

We have to get back to loving our country, defending it, and preserving the greatest free society in the world!
Democrats would rather accept hitler as lor.d before they listen to anyone who doesn't think like them they banned everyone who disagrees with them already to the point they're banning themselves even.
They'd rather die and kill us all before they admit they were wrong about Alex jones, brett kavanaugh, abortion, white vs black racism, socialism. That's why everyone who finally wakes up switches to the right side and don't stay lefties.
