Colombia? I think you're thinking of Venezuela. Last I checked Colombia is not socialist, that's the main reason why there was a war fought there.

That being said, Latin American police are not gonna fuck around with you. No BLM stuff down there, Brazil's government is debating whether they should be shooting more criminals.

Seems to be working for them so far. Homicides reduced by 20,000 people since the beginning of Bolsonaro’s presidency.

Long story short, stop letting criminals get away with crimes and people will stop committing them. What a shocker.
