They shouldn't even need to be forced to have such safety protocols.

Why the fuck should they be "allowing" restaurants to open. Why the fuck is their decision based on whether or not restaurants are proven to spread covid, and not on the fucking constitution. Fuck these fucking fuck faces.

They do not have, nor do they need, scientific evidence. They use the weakest argument in a debate: appeal to authority. If appeal to authority were the absolute test of truth we would still be sacrificing virgins to the rain gods to open the heavens and water our crops.

Your fail to take into account this is a new virus. It is "woke" and only infects those in houses of worship and small businesses. It does not transmissible at Antifa and BLM "peaceful protests" (probably because it is incinerated in the inevitable fires), big box retailers, Amazon packing/sorting facilities etc. It originated by spontaneous generation in a wet market in China near a level 4 virology laboratory. This is new and has never been witnessed in 4.5 billion years of live on earth. The experts said so.

Don't get me wrong, I'm stoked on this: businesses should be able to remain open, but not because a judge interprets the data and comes to that conclusion. That's not their place. The rationale should be that it's unconstitutional for the executive to act as a superlegislature. By ruling like this, the judiciary is overstepping their role in the same way and setting a poor precedent.

I think everyone in San Diego County should send Pacers and Cheetahs flowers. Show them some love.

Pacers: 3334 Midway Drive San Diego, CA 92110 CALL US: (619) 222-2000 Monday-Friday 5pm-10pm Saturday-Sunday 1pm-10pm

Cheethas 8105 Clairemont Mesa Blvd. San Diego, CA 92111 CALL US: (858) 277-2339 12:00pm to 2:00am everyday.

This in not a promotion, this is giving thanks to freedom loving businesses. We must celebrate our victories were we can.

I have a girlfriend who works at Cheetahs and she’s constantly worried about the club closing. Kudos to their owner who keeps fighting for them

>with safety protocols

People just need to tell them all to shove it and run their businesses. But it's unlikely to happen, normies gonna norm until the 3% cancel the reset and do a reboot instead.

Would be better news if people defied instead of waiting for king George to give you his blessing.

California is beyond cucked. They worship masks as if these reusable exhaust blockers were a deity.

Where is the Constitution? God given rights? How can dickheads just declared our God given rights suspended? Something smells here.

Big news out of Minnesota also.

The Governor is going to allow outdoor dining at a reduced capacity. This is in MN whose climate is similar to Siberia.
