Don't get me wrong, I'm stoked on this: businesses should be able to remain open, but not because a judge interprets the data and comes to that conclusion. That's not their place. The rationale should be that it's unconstitutional for the executive to act as a superlegislature. By ruling like this, the judiciary is overstepping their role in the same way and setting a poor precedent.
