- it says within 45 days it needs to be investigated not completed
- once the election is “complete” it was not at all complete on Nov 3. Possibly even after recounts or possibly after electoral votes submitted etc
- the president needs to get an assessment. Not a full report. The delay is in regards to completing a full detailed report . He already disclosed his assessment to the public. There was foreign interference !!! I’m sure trump got all the details
- is it possible that he doesn’t want to ruin everyone’s Christmas and holidays etc ? I’m positive there is no deadline that will be expired. Trump would not take this sitting down yet he didn’t say a word about this delay. Hey think I’m reading this right maybe I’m wrong ? How do you guys read this ? Do u agree? Disagree?

It says "Not later than 45 days...shall conduct an assessment..." And then "within 45 days of receiving the assessment and information, the AG and Sec of Homeland Security...shall deliver...a report..."
So they have to do an assessment of any information about foreign interference, no later than 45 days after the election, and then a formal report within 45 days of that assessment.
It also says they may classify all or some of the information. How would we even know whether or not they've already done an assessment? That don't have to make that public.
