The SCOTUS has told us.. Texas has NO STANDING to sue another state for criminal acts that DEPRIVE Texas Citizens of the EQUAL PROTECTION Clause.... Then the SCOTUS has BROKEN the Contract!! Bye-Bye CommunistStatesofAmerica. We WERE a sovereign Nation and will be again.... if need be.
