Rules Without Consequences Are Seldom Followed

Exactly why the judiciary should do its job again; including upholding their own Oaths as written in the Constitution, and enforcing the Oaths of others, would solve many "problems".

So many problems thrive and multiply without Oath enforcement by the judiciary:

  • "sanctuary" officials;

  • COVID marital law officials;

  • outright Constitution breaking officials (CA gov Newsom, MI gov, etc.);

  • mob/riot supporting mayors/D.A.s/chiefs/etc.;

  • congress critters who violate basic things like No Ex Post Facto;

  • officials/gov employees whom advocate for destroying parts of the Constitution;

  • even doing something as basic as enforcing the requirement of US Citizenship for holding office;

Exactly why the judiciary is lost - there have been no impeachments of failed judges.
