NY Times feed data seems to point directly to an external or coordinated manipulation of strong Trump Counties votes in Michigan, Wisconsin, and other states.
This is clearly seen in some of the small counties data that almost always vote for heavily for President Trump.
This 'Capping', however, did NOT occur in many Biden stronghold Counties such as Wayne County. Obviously, it seems real proof of a large, coordinated VOTER FRAUD scheme.
The following is just one case of many counties that most likely have been controlled by some software to put an artificial 'Cap' on the Trump votes as counted using the Edison Research/ National Election Pool database. These pool results are then fed to all the major news outlets, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and NYTimes on election night.
The 'cap' seems to kick in when the vote in these small Trump Counties exceeds the EEVP, what A.P. ( Associated Press) and now Edison Research call the "Estimated Expected Vote Percentage".
The eevp is almost certainly a percentage
of the registered vote.
The eevp seems most likely around 70% of vote, for Antrim County, with 22,082 registered voters, and 15,415 votes gives:
15,415÷ 22,082
= 0.698 ~ 0.70 = 70%

total expected vote is equal to EEVP.
It is very, very unlikely that the total actual vote would be exactly equal to the EEVP or "tot_exp_vote" (total expected vote), as all of these 8,830 voters, no more, no less, are said to have shown up to vote in Arenac County to vote.
The fact that a number of other counties in Michigan also had the same very, very unlikely occurance makes it an almost complete statistical impossibility!

Why? Because someone actually went back and reviewed the votes by hand, so someone corrected and updated the results AFTER this incident.
This is the famous county in Michigan with the 'glitch'.

There seems to be a Gaming of the vote, as more votes were allowed in Wayne County than the smaller counties:
ex. Clinton, Clare, Crawford, etc., all strong Trump Counties, which were only allowed by a program to reach 100% of expected vote.

My definition of ratio (so far as voting is concerned) is the quotient of two integers.
For the purposes of my research, this quotient is Trump's Total divided by the Grand Total, for each precinct on each timestamp.
May I ask something, what is your definition of a ratio?

You won't get an answer for natural data, until you hit the trivial range (around 87% the highest denominator). We have answers that are under 50%, with one in one octillion chances of being a natural solution.

In Atlanta the case is even stronger, not only was the solution 2231, but the manufactured ratios converged and clumped around increment of x/23 and x/97, where the 2231 is the product of 23 and 97.

What I'm saying is Dominion or another piece of software are limiting, at a county level, the votes in the smaller strong Trump counties to the EEVP / total expected vote.
This thereby prevents or hides the extra votes that Trump most likely got in these Counties. Since there are many smaller counties in States like Michigan, 83 counties total, this can add up to potentially 100,000 votes or more.
Further indirect proof can be seen in the Antrim 'glitch', and the disappearance of Nov. 2020 data for different. Michigan counties on the internet.
And it would be hard to detect, because the “expected” number of votes have come in. But this process then effectively kills Trump’s massive voter turnout.
