Please Review and comment as this could be very important in understanding how this election was seemingly stolen via Dominion software and/or other software programs.

This is the 1st time this has been proposed, I think, so constructive criticism and a through going over is welcomed and encouraged. Thank you.

NY Times feed data seems to point directly to an external or coordinated manipulation of strong Trump Counties votes in Michigan, Wisconsin, and other states.      
This is clearly seen in some of the small counties data that almost always vote for heavily for President Trump.  
This 'Capping', however, did NOT occur in many Biden stronghold Counties such as Wayne County.   Obviously, it seems real proof of a large, coordinated VOTER FRAUD scheme. 
 
The following is just one case of many counties that most likely have been controlled by some software to put an artificial 'Cap' on the Trump votes as counted using the Edison Research/ National Election Pool database.  These pool results are then fed to all the major news outlets, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and NYTimes on election night.     
The 'cap' seems to kick in when the vote in these small Trump Counties exceeds the EEVP, what A.P. ( Associated Press) and now Edison Research call the "Estimated Expected Vote Percentage".       
The eevp is almost certainly a percentage of the registered vote.  
  
The eevp seems most likely around 70% of vote,  for Antrim County, with 22,082 registered voters, and 15,415 votes gives:           15,415÷ 22,082  
      = 0.698 ~ 0.70 = 70%

It is very, very unlikely that the total actual vote would be exactly equal to the EEVP or "tot_exp_vote" (total expected vote), as all of these 8,830 voters, no more, no less, are said to have shown up to vote in Arenac County to vote.

The fact that a number of other counties in Michigan also had the same very, very unlikely occurance makes it an almost complete statistical impossibility!

Antrim County.
Why?  Because someone actually went back and reviewed the votes by hand, so someone corrected and updated the results AFTER this incident.
This is the famous county in Michigan with the 'glitch'.

There seems to be a Gaming of the vote, as more votes were allowed in Wayne County than the smaller counties:
ex. Clinton, Clare, Crawford, etc., all strong Trump Counties, which were only allowed by a program to reach 100% of expected vote.
