STOP having 5 coffees a day. STOP eating Mcdonald's because you're too lazy to cook anything. STOP bitching about things that cannot be changed.
DO go to the gym daily. DO eat healthy foods aimed at being YOU 2.0. DO incorporate discipline into every aspect of your life.
Discipline is the one thing that will never fail you when the going gets rough. And right now, we need EVERY edge we can get.
It's the one thing that will keep you balanced when the waters turn into riptides.
