Hello Frens; Don't forget the SCOTUS. They actually might be on our side. Texas lawsuits had a couple of problems. Maybe they didn't want the GEOTUS's team to be laughed at on the court. Remember the religious COVID shit they voted on. Maybe they warned the GEOTUS to go and come back with a better lawsuit. I think we should reconsider the Supreme Court. Have a nice time.

SCOTUS rejecting that suit might be for optics. Later on if a case goes to SCOTUS having to do with martial law or inssurection act, no one can accuse them of bias. Also Trump didn't really expected a win so early. This drama has to unfold fully.

What you mentioned, is one of the popular theories about the SCOTUS vote here. Though I doubt that none of the republican OR Trump appointees were willing to hear the Texas lawsuit. I think something else happened between judges.

A lot of attorneys - even on Trump's side - said the Texas lawsuit was not going to be heard.

You cannot sue someone on behalf of someone else.

It would set a bad precedent for the states to start suing each other over all kinds of shit.

I think people need to calm down and let things play out.

The dissent didn't seem like good news. It gave off a bad vibe like Alito and Thomas were warning Trump about SCOTUS and to try a different way to get a remedy.

Robert Barnes said it looked like Alito and Thomas were saying they would take it, but to try something else because the other justices won't side with Trump. Like an indirect message to go through the legislatures as the Constitution gives him a route.

Kraken has a lot more evidence of fraud, texas lawsuit didn't have any of that, but I think this is working against us, as they will definitely not even look at it BECAUSE it has evidence
