because he lived through the primaries where Ron Paul's vote was stolen in favour of Mitt Romney. Back then Dominion was called Diebold, and precisely the same thing happened. Ron Paul would have crowds of 10k people, Romney 200. Anyone that paid attention knew the machines were flipping votes.
