The Constitutional Federalists. China has a constitution. But they can change it whenever they like as it doesn't limit their power to do so. Federalism is just as important as having a Constitution.

The NWO are using the COVID 19 hoax to destroy small business, blame it on Federalisation, and ban Federalism. So please, "Constitutional Federalists", not just "Constitutionalists"
