I'll be honest, any Country can be a threat. We as people just need to stay vigilant, so this shit doesn't happen again.

I don't mean just going back to 'normal'. The new normal is paying attention to those in Government powers a 1000% more than we have been. We must, as the people, prevent this from ever happening. Which means accepting the dark truth of, any Country can be a threat.
