What? He was making a factual statement based on observation. Bushie Barr's coverup stooge Durham has been working on his alledged "invesrigation" for almost SIX HUNDRED DAYS, that's far long than the Mueller witch hunt lasted and he has produced absolutely nothing. The stooge's only indictment was based completely on the work of Horowitz and he let Clinesmith plea to lowesr charge and also claim innocence. Something completely unheard of in a plea deal.
His pseudo-investigation isn't just a slow boil, it's a cover up similar to the one Durham did for the CIA.
I completely agree that the Durham investigation has been bullshit and I blame Durham and Barr for that, absolutely. I have not seen any reason to believe that Jeff Rosen is the reason for that. I wouldn't be shocked if that were true, but I need more than "has been fingered" to believe it. Unsubstantiated allegations shouldn't thrown around as if they were true.
