So then the deep state sitting on the intelligence community can use their weight to "prove" that Russia or Iran hacked us and force us to go to war.

Either Trump ignores their order and then gets impeached/removed under the guise of collusion/treason for not defending the country, or Biden goes gung-ho and launches us into another proxy war in the Middle East that mires us for the next twenty years. Either way, the deep state benefits from the endless churning of the military industrial complex, another weak nation-state can fall, and the cycle begins anew to set up the next generation of neocons and leftists to benefit from their own Ukraine.

I'm surprised no one else sees how this is going to play out. This is Coronavirus 2.0 - just another way for the deep state to control policy without physically being the entity signing the bills.
