Their air power is not close to ours, stealth or not. At best it is poor copies. Same with their navy

They are a threat but they do not have parity, only numbers

I have not ignored or even said we would dominate China easily. Our Navy is the second largest Air Force in the world and our tech is vastly superior. As far as numbers I meant troops instead of equipment. China still cannot project military power outside of Asia

We also have allies in the region that would also assist in any conflict
