There's no way the entire front of his Jeep is that intact while somehow the engine was blown out. Notice there is zero debris around.

The car is also not melted, and the frame is buckled and bent inwards which is characteristic of him hitting something. The car he hit is spun around backwards.
What literally all the evidence shows is that the sedan pulled out from behind the truck in front of his Jeep resulting in an off-center rear ending. This caused their front end to hit the flatbed (resulting in the visible damage), which acted as a pivot and spun them around while sending him towards the flatbed. The right side of his Jeep is ripped up from sideswiping it and is why the doors are bent backwards.
The off center impact likely ruptured the sedan fuel tank and his engine ignited it. The fire was likely especially bad because the flatbed's own tanks are right there too.
Any evidence of wrong doing doesn't exist.
Never mind other problems like the timeframe being too short, and the target being ridiculous, and the motive being stupid.
