I have no idea who the agents, if any, who were investigating the Harrison Deal death. I doubt that information would rarely be published until someone found something and an agent had to be quoted.
I did find and read the obituary. Did that right off the bat.
What I have NOT found is any evidence that says O'Sullivan was investigating the Harrison Deal death.
