If I were Trump, I would tell McConnell and the Federalist society to fuck off and nominate loyalists from outside the government.

Sure, they won't get confirmed, but i would just keep making the same types of nominations over and over and leave the SC at 7 total justices until the Senate confirms nominees or his term ends.
