They can share resources to minimize costs, but the rules and procedures must not be co-mingled.

Really don't want that. If that happens then instead of 5 states going fraud mode it will be all of them. TX for example has strict rules on voting absentee and strict rules on in person voting. It's the surest way to get to full blown communism.

Agreed but imagine if someone like Biden had the military help conduct elections. Gotta keep in mind in the hands of someone evil the military is the most dangerous tool the USA has.

Agree, that is the risk. But look what just happened in 2020. Individual states were compromised with targeted insurrection by clandestine agencies and foreign sovereigns. We have a better chance of defending ourselves from those nefarious acts of treason if we compartmentalizations our election structure.

Imagine an Obama or a Clinton in charge of all the elections.

No thanks.

That is not how Federalism works

Federalism can be defined as a form of government in which powers are divided between two levels of government of equal status. Modern federalism is a system based upon democratic rules and institutions in which the power to govern is shared between national and state governments. In the US, the Federal government has the power to make laws about certain specified matters which are considered too difficult for the States to manage, so that the States retain all other areas of responsibility. It is common that during the historical evolution of a federation there is a gradual movement of power from the component states to the centre, as the federal government acquires additional powers, sometimes to deal with unforeseen circumstances. The acquisition of new powers by a federal government may occur through formal constitutional amendment or simply through a broadening of the interpretation of a government's existing constitutional powers given by the courts.

Have the feds determine who is eligible to vote.

Have the states determine how they voted.

States must present a list of ballots abd how tgey voted. Feds can list which votes represent voters.

What you are suggesting would require changes to the constitution. The constitution specifically lays out what the roles of the government and states are related to elections. Like Reagan said, if people don’t like it they can vote with their feet.

National ID to work and vote. Indelible ink. Paper ballots. No more secret ballots, record every vote being put in the box. Unbreakable chain of custody. Counting in public on camera.

No more fraud.

But FIRST, let's take our country back, otherwise there's 0 chance any elected official would fuck with the system making them rich.
