ATF is trying to slide an Administrative rule change under the radar that would go into effect on Christmas Eve so that gun owners are distracted. Please contact your congressman, senators, Trump campaign / White House to stop this rogue agency. Mods please sticky this is a huge issue for the 2A, and sets an administrative precedent that the ATF can retroactively declare a legal firearm illegal, despite it being purchased legally. This is unconstitutional and will be eventually used to ban / confiscate AR-15s and other similar guns
