George Gaston, new the Soros puppet DA in LA, wants his DAs to drop 'great bodily injury' from assaults. Doing so gives probation instead of a felony.

Right now a babysitter is charged with bashing in the skull of an infant, leaving her blind and with brain injuries. If Gaston gets his way the babysitter gets probation.
