I don't buy this EO/Insurrection act fantasy land story either. Here's my take on it. Trump is going to gain the support of either SCOTUS or Congress. He's going to be legitimately inaugurated with that support. Without that support, he's going to concede, and Biden is going to be inaugurated president. That's the bottom line. Trump is not going to go off on a unilateral coup d'etat to single handedly take over the federal government. That's absurd. The result would be national chaos, civil war, and ultimately could achieve the underlying purpose of the color revolution.
If Trump gains the support of SCOTUS or Congress and is legitimately inaugurated, that's when the EO and insurrection act will come into play. The Democrats have always known they're ultimately going to lose. The fraud was too grandiose, wide spread, and in our faces. They're going to lose. That's part of the plan. Their plan is to propagandize the nation with the fraud that Trump is inaugurated as an illegitimate president based upon a stolen election. The plan is to stoke national riots and violence and destroy the country. That's where the EO and insurrection act come into play. That's where Trump will use the legitimate powers of his 2nd term as president to put a stop to all of this. We don't get saved from any of this unless Trump is inaugurated.
