I've got very limited legal knowledge. Mostly Canadian law. But the things I've read about the Texas law suit was that they didn't have standing which means Scotus made the right call there.
It also came out of nowhere and wasn't even a card in Trump's hand that he is keeping close to his chest.
I believe we will all see the truth come out shortly.
There's a reasonable argument to be made that they were worried if they allowed Texas to sue, then it would open up any other state to sue other states about whatever they wanted (eg someone on another thread suggested in future, Texas maybe gets sued by blue states for "unconstitutionally banning abortions" or whatever).
We don't really have a way to know right now if it really was something like that, and they are just waiting for a case they consider "better" to come along - or if they genuinely just want to sit it out and don't believe that they should get involved.

The REAL reason the Texas lawsuit was thrown out was because Cuck Roberts convinced the Gorusch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett that there would be riots. The whole "did not have standing" reason is B.S.

Fair enough. From what I've read on the legalities of it... The legal community is torn as to weather it does or doesn't have standing.
But I hadn't seen the posts yet about what you were just saying.
