Startups won’t be able to compete with big tech AI, which can largely remove or prevent actual illegal content (Pedo, etc) without expensive moderation and personnel which startups can’t afford
Big tech or activist organizations can sabotage startups with either false flag content, or sampling bias.
And of course they will blatantly censor either way, with or without it 230, because even with it now they get away with it, but without 230 small players won’t, so big tech will have a blank check in terms of no competition
We have also seen zuckerberg and co literally buy judges so they know they are largely going to be insulated from seriously destructive rulings anyways, and will just pay off what is ruled against them like a parking ticket.
