I don't know the intricacies of this process, but let's say SCOTUS takes the case in-between Jan 6th to 14th and rules in our favor in Michigan (and that's a BIG ASS 'if'). What happens then? Can the electoral votes be decertified in Michigan, or it is too late? Would this ruling only apply to Michigan, or potentially affect other contested states as well that are pending SCOTUS review?
