Maybe, that theory literally lies in the term "Count" the votes. Objection to electors means 2 hour house session with full house (not delegates). The DNC house will get to select which electors they want (guess which one, duh), then it goes to full Senate, where we would need 51 Senators to select Trump electors (we might have 10). I dont see SCOTUS splitting hairs over what COUNT means.
