NOBODY has been following the constitution in this election! It's MANDATED in the constitution that the Supreme Court be the arbiter of cases between states. They IGNORED the constitution! The people who are entrusted with UPHOLDING it, are the very people who have CORRUPTED it.
Why should Trump leave? The constitution says January 20th, but nobody cares right? He should make it his goal to RESTORE the constitution!!! By ANY means necessary!!!! Even if that means STAYING in the White House past the 20th! I'll bet the Supreme Court will hear THAT case!!!!!!!
What you are pointing out is exactly what Trump and the patriots standing with him want the people to see - total systemic failure. When every institution in the country, from local up to federal demonstrates a clear disability and even flagrant unwillingness to follow the law, largely due to foreign (Chynee) influence, then in accordance with his Oath of Office, Trump's only recourse to save the country will be to invoke the insurrection act, EO 13848, PD NS-51,and more to save the country. Trump has demonstrated countless times how important following the Constitution is to him. I'm sure the oath he took is sacred to him - not just words you have to say to get the power like with pretty much every other "official" - even cops! Trump will do what needs to be done!! Martial Law now! I'm ready! Let's do this thing!
The entire system built upon and for the constitution has been systemically corrupted to the point of being worse than moot but actually being USED FOR TYRANNY. The answer to this is in the same document. People have just enshrined cowardice as a virtue these days.
