I don't trust Graham, but I can't find any evidence that he said to concede. I looked up "Lindsey Graham concede," and all I found was an interview where he's saying Trump shouldn't concede.
Even when Mitch cucked the other day, it looks like all Lindsey said Trump has a very narrow path to victory but that we should let those legal challenges play out. So he's being a bit of a doomfag, but it doesn't look like he's completely written off Trump yet.
