If it shows shipping label created it means it hasn't been shipped yet. USPS has not accepted it yet. Meaning the shipper still has it. Where did they ship it from . As soon as it's taken to USPS it gets scanned.. if there's no record of it then the shipper is accountable for it if there's no proof of shipment
Actually that is only true if you take it to the counter and it is scanned real-time with receipt provided. In many rural and other post offices, they have counter-space and lockers where you drop off your prepaid package. This works fine most of the time- but right now... no scan at all- it may take a week or more before they get to the scans.
Very true... I'm in that boat right now, but not too much $. Asking the buyer for patience, and the post office folks just shrug their shoulders... I usually take to counter, but line was an hour long...
It's not uncommon- and right now USPS is gridlocked all over the U.S. Fedex and UPS have stopped/prioritized commercial shipping, and many shippers reverted to using USPS on top of the already busy holiday rush for Christmas. I've got a package for a customer that has been in the same status for a week- I personally dropped it at the post office, but still no update. So in short- it's probably fine and you'll just have to wait. The only problem I see is that sometimes USPS just skips the Tracking and ships anyway... and it may or may not show as "delivered"... I believe you are fine... but it may take 3-4 weeks more than usual shipping timeframes. Good luck!
Proably, IF it was a reliable seller / shipper, and in that case they should communicate with you- and give you the latest update. If it's valuable, they should be shipping Priority with Insurance, and if it was me, I would want some kind of international delivery confirmation. They are probably busy as heck right now anyway. Hope they communciate with you!
It's hit or miss with their updating. Some packages I order update often, while others will show up at my door with tracking data showing it still hasnt left its initial postal facility. I wish I had better info and I hope you get your package soon, fren.
The USPS is the most overpaid, under producing company in the US Government. They are destroying online sellers. I recently bought something in California 11/26, I live in Minnesota, they sent it across the country to Kentucky, where it sat for 10 days, then finally to Minnesota to my city, then sent it to another city 75 miles away, then back to my city. Total of 21 days. Address was perfect, packaging perfect & still intact after all the excess shipping. It just sucks right now. Unfortunately, it’s pretty much all we have. Be patient but put a track on it as soon as you’re able.
USPS isn't good for keep track of things. I have recieved things that look like that haven't been shipped yet. If I had to guess they don't say it's shipped so they don't have to have the item to you within the days specified, just in case it arrives late.

True but if USPS never accepts it and there's no record of it then the shipper is on the hook for it

All I can say is hopefully they didn't find out you are a Trump supporter, cause if they did, I suggest buying albums from your neighborhood retailer.
