I’m at the point of being annoyed with sending things to SCOTUS at this point.

The ONLY way Joe Biden doesn’t get sworn in Jan 20th, is if republicans stand up, contest the results, and Mike Pence chooses Republican electors from the states that sent them...
Or he says he isn’t choosing any, neither get to 270, and house votes in Trump.
This is literally where we are with a few weeks to go.
