If he intervened the night of, there would be no way to avoid being labeled a dictator who saw that he was going to lose and stopped the democratic process. Maybe in hindsight that would have been better, but I still think it would have been too damaging to himself and the country, and the perpetrators would have been able to weasel out.

I would have made preparations to invoke the insurrection act by November 5th or 6th when it became apparent the election was being stolen. When the insurrection act is declared, I would have had all of the top Democrats arrested or killed
not sure since we don't know all the information the President knew at this point, but I think I'd start running ads or have a press conference that all stations were required to show to let the people know what's happening, if that's even possible
